What we do:
We digitize various media so that they can be stored electronically on your company's internal database. These documents are processed in a number of automatic and manual ways to ensure that all relevant text can be made searchable, and all documents can be indexed and classified in an intelligent way.

How we do it:
Initially, we create up to four foot wide, high quality scans of every document you deliver, be they backlogs of old files or recurring sets of new ones, we take note of which file folder, box or binder they came from. From this information our technicians create metadata for the documents themselves so they can be indexed, classified and searched for based on the fields you specify.
The next step is to deploy Optical Character Recognition (OCR), which scans each document, automatically identifying letters and words. If a higher level of text recognition is required, our technicians will create a layer on top of your document and manually input all the data you may need.
